1 General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7000dat platform (https://7000dat.app) and all associated services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 7000dat and each user of the platform.

By using any service on 7000dat, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

• The Bengali version of these terms and conditions shall be considered the authoritative version.

2 Account Registration & Personal Information

To open an account on 7000dat, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incorrect information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance at any time.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and kept up to date. The following conditions must be met:

• One Account: Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Age Restriction: Registrants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Result Disputes: Bet outcomes are determined based on official results. In the event of any error, 7000dat reserves the right to make the final decision.
• System Error: 7000dat reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7000dat platform. Any involvement in these activities will result in permanent account closure.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses unfairly or placing bets to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Match fixing: Involvement in manipulating the outcome of a game.
• Hacking or Fraud: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Third-Party Software: Using automated software or bots to gain a betting advantage.
• Abusive Behavior: Abusive behavior toward the support team or other users.

8 Responsible Betting Policy

12 Changes to Terms & Contact
